Core Engineering:
2-6 years experience in enterprise product development with
- Good conceptual understanding of SOA concepts, EAI concepts
- Hands on experience on Core Java, J2EE, XML, any Java IDE
- Experience in enterprise product development
- Hands on experience with Web Services, WS-* standards and BPEL – highly desirable
- Experience in building Integration Adapters - Desirable
- Good exposure to middleware SOA and EAI projects from Apache, Glassfish or other open source or commercial vendors.
Solution Architects:
5-7 years experience in solution architecting and implementation with
- At least one full SOA lifecycle solution implementation using Java, BPEL/Human Workflow, Web services, ESB & any UDDI compliant Registry/Repository
UI/Web Tier Developers:
Required skills: Eclipse Framework and Plugins, Servlet, JSP, JavaScript, Ajax, JSF (first mandatory and rest desirable)
2+ years experience
Responsibility: Develop IDE based on Eclipse that is usable, intuitive, and polished for an enterprise product. May also need to work using the latest technologies and frameworks such as Ajax, Dojo, GWT, and JSF etc.
Technical Writer:
Required skills: Framemaker & other Adode tools such as DreamWeaver & PageMaker, MS Word, RoboHelp, Good English, Enterprise product documentation experience, SOA background desirable.
Responsibility: Content development, formatting, polishing. Develop world-class documentation to match the product.
Test Automation Engineer:
Required skills: JUnit, Java, test automation, Web Services, SOA and knowledge of relevant standards, EAI, CruiseControl (last 2 highly desirable), 3+ Yrs minimum (No Winrunner folks please).
Responsibility: Work as a test automation engineer for highly technical enterprise class product. Work is hands on and highly technical. Performance/load testing work if there is interest and aptitude. Can be moved into the development team later.
