Kalyan has over 15 years of experience - almost exclusively in enterprise product development. This includes around seven years in the US as developer/lead/architect with Sybase, Fujitsu, and HP. He was managing offshore development in India for the last five years with Nokia, Divine, and BEA in a techno-managerial role and was responsible for delivery of multiple products/releases. Last couple of jobs were at BEA India managing the development and performance teams for integration products such as WebLogic Integration and AquaLogic Service Bus and at Fiorano as VP-Engineering managing engineering for all Fiorano products. |

Abhi Errabelli has been on the SOAMatrix board of advisors since inception (2006). Prior to this, Mr. Errabelli founded and led the BEA R&D Organization in India in the year 2003. Before BEA India, he founded and ran the BEA Global Architecture team for the Global Alliances (GA) organization, based out of New Jersey, USA. As founding member of the BEA Professional Services Consulting organization Mr. Errabelli was responsible for generating multi-million dollar revenues. His earlier experiences include the areas of System Software (Unix & Networking protocols), Banking (Commercial lending systems), Government, E-Commerce and consulting at companies such as Novell, Unix System Labs, AT&T Bell Labs and EDS.
Abhi Errabelli obtained a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from REC, Warangal and Masters Degrees in Computer Science and Management from Villanova University, USA and NTU, USA respectively.
Mr. Errabelli is the recipient of numerous International techno-managerial awards including Director of the Year, BEA Achievers Awards in 1999 & 2000.
