Kalyan has over 15 years of experience - almost exclusively in enterprise product development. This includes around seven years in the US as developer/lead/architect with Sybase, Fujitsu, and HP. He was managing offshore development in India for the last five years with Nokia, Divine, and BEA in a techno-managerial role and was responsible for delivery of multiple products/releases. Last couple of jobs were at BEA India managing the development and performance teams for integration products such as WebLogic Integration and AquaLogic Service Bus and at Fiorano as VP-Engineering managing engineering for all Fiorano products.

He has immense experience in SOA, middleware, EAI, NMS, Compilers, Libraries, E-commerce, and Collaboration space using Web Services, Java/J2EE, CORBA, and C++ and was also involved in C++ standardization. He is a graduate in Computer Science from IIT Kharagpur (1993). His professional interests include MDA, Enterprise architecture, Software Product Engineering, and process/technology improvements. He has been a featured speaker on seminars involving SOA and relevant technologies.

He is experienced in enterprise product development end- to-end - right from the product strategy, roadmap, inception, and planning to architecture, design, development, QA, documentation, and release. Almost all experience has been in designing and delivering complex products on multiple platforms and configurations with enterprise capabilities such as Reliability, Availability, Scalability, and Performance (RASP), extensibility, robustness, maintainability, security, transactions, persistence, distribution, concurrency, versioning, adaptability, configurability and so on.

Srinivas Rao brings to SOAMatrix a highly successful track record of generating multi-million dollar revenues with the French electronics giant Schneider Electric. Prior to SOAMatrix, Mr. Rao was the Head of Sales for Schneider, Southern India. Mr. Rao has extensive experience in creating business revenues in areas such as Government, Infrastructure, Energy/Utilities, Telecom, Transport and Information Technology.

Mr. Rao was with Schneider for over 9 years and has a cumulative experience of over 18 years in Sales and Marketing of high-tech products and solutions, in areas such as controls and automation. Srinivas Rao holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Rajesh brings to SOAMatrix nine years of rich experience in design, development, project execution and delivery of enterprise projects in Supply Chain Management domain and SAP Integrations space using Java, J2EE and distributed technologies. Rajesh was responsible for client engagement and management with several strategic ISV customers in the North Americas and Europe at Bristlecone, a global supply chain consulting organization. He was also instrumental in systematic ramping and building of SAP Netweaver custom development and integrations competency practice at Bristlecone.

Prior to that Rajesh worked for product development companies including i2 Technologies, IBM and Oracle in various capacities. He holds a B.E.(Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering and M.Sc.(Hons.) in Economics from BITS, PILANI.

S. Seturaman brings to SOAMatrix, rich experience of 38 years in various verticals including Aviation, Machine tools, Textiles and Transport.

Mr. Seturaman has held prestigious posts at the World Bank, ILO and other internationally funded projects. He has also been on the advisory board of multi-national companies such as Krupp, Germany and Volvo, Sweden. Mr. Seturaman has an impeccable record in implementing multi-million dollar projects, from planning to completion, on the international platform.

Bharath heads marketing and sales at SOAMatrix and brings over 8 years of sales and marketing experience encompassing enterprise software products and IT services.  His experience includes product marketing, partner marketing, business development and channel sales.

Prior to joining SOAMatrix, Bharath was responsible for product marketing and partner development at Fiorano Software, for its business integration and enterprise messaging products. He worked with Wipro Technologies, Everest Software and Microland Group in his earlier assignments. He is a post graduate in PGDBA from ICFAI Business School and B.Sc (electronics) from Andhra University.
