>> SOAMatrix joins OASIS consortium to drive development and adoption of e-business standards

Bangalore, March 12, 2007: SOAMatrix, a fast-growing startup that focuses on enterprise solutions for Service Oriented Architecture Governance and Management, further enhanced its reputation of being a completely standards based solution provider by tying up with e-business standards bellwether OASIS.

This collaboration is aimed at driving the development, convergence, and adoption of e-business standards. The OASIS consortium produces more Web services standards than any other organization along with standards for security, e-business, and standardization efforts in the public sector and for application-specific markets – which SOAMatrix wants to adopt in the implementation of its cutting edge technology suites.

OASIS whose approved standards include AVDL, BCM, CAP, DITA, DocBook, DSML, ebBP, ebXML CPPA, ebXML Messaging, ebXML Registry, EDXL-DE, EML, OpenDocument, SAML, SOA-RM, SPML, UBL, UDDI, WSDM, WS-Notification, WS-Reliability, WSRF, WSRP, WS-Security, XACML, XCBF, and XML, will enable SOAMatrix to contribute towards and absorb most of the above standards particularly those pertaining to SOA management, governance and registry/repository.

Speaking on the collaboration, Mr. Kalyan Kolachala, CEO, SOAMatrix said “SOAMatrix is pleased to be associated with the OASIS consortium. The association provides SOAMatrix with a great opportunity to contribute to current standards and implementations and also to keep abreast of evolving standards.”

“OASIS is a great step by the community towards SOA and web service standards. We at SOAMatrix are excited to share our expertise and contribute to the community through standards such as SAML, BPEL, WSDM, ebXML, UDDI etc. The association, we believe, would help us address our customer needs better.” he added.
