• RMI: Remedial Action based on condition involves invocation of a remote method and performing the required action
  
• Socket: Socket action will talk at transport level and send data to the configured port
  
• Console Notification: Notifies a particular client when the user logs in the console
  
• Flex based UI: Intuitive and user-friendly interface designed in Flex for SOADirector Console
  
• Policy Management: The Policy console displays all the policies categorized under various classification schemes
  
• Dashboard: Powerful and flexible dashboard that allows users to view the real time data on Faults, Response Time, Throughput, Availability etc based on user performances through Portlets
  
• Alerts/Notifications: Displays the notification details for the logged in user
  
• Network Traffic view: Graphical representation of all the connected Gateways can be viewed
  
• SOADirector as an NT Service: SOADirector Management Server can be installed/uninstalled as a NT service
